Third Grade Concert Date Change

The third grade concert date has been changed to Thursday, February 16 due to caucuses on February 7. Mark your calendars!

New Ways of Learning at ZM
ZM Kindergartners are fortunate to have the opportunity to learn through the use of Apple I-Pads. Each classroom uses them once a week to support their learning in reading and math. This opportunity is thanks to technology grant money received by the district in the 2010-2011 school year. Apple I-Pads have been used to engage students in other parts of the school also. Teachers that have used I-Pads say that the students are very enthused and the applications used are very effective in aiding student learning.

Happy New Year!!
Mrs. Liebenow's Kindergarten class celebrated the Chinese New Year by receiving a chocolate coin in their red envelopes and making these fun dragon puppets with Qi, their Chinese teacher.
